This practice aims to turnaround requests for repeat prescriptions in 24 working hours.

Please advise us if you are collecting your prescription in the surgery, at Dipton Pharmacy or have you arranged for a pharmacy to collect the prescription for you.

For your protection and to avoid errors
Always bring in your repeat prescription form or when ringing please read the items from the repeat prescription. It is vital that staff are given the correct drug names.

Prescriptions are for one month’s supply only. Pre Payment certificates can be purchased online at http://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/1127.aspx or collect a form from your pharmacy.
